📍 Jardin des Tuileries (Paris, France 🇫🇷)
⚖️ A bunch of KG cleaned up in 🌳 & 🗑️
Last week, we had the pleasure of meeting Choi, the man behind @clean.busan 🌍, all the way from South Korea 🇰🇷. It was such a great moment to do a mini cleanup ♻️ together at the Tuileries Garden on a sunny morning ☀️✨. We shared ideas on how to make the world 🌎 litter-free and reflected on the importance of small actions when we act together 🤝.
💬 More about his movement in Choi’s words 🗨️✨:
1️⃣ Why did you create Clean Busan?
“I wanted to be happy with people 🌟. To be happy, we need to be together 🤝, not alone. I thought I could be happy if we worked together for a common goal. That’s why I’m cleaning Busan with the community 👨👩👧👦✨.”
2️⃣ Why are cleanups important to you?
“We need something to make us happy. That ‘something’ is the Earth 🌍, a clean Earth. I believe we have no choice but to care for the planet for human evolution 🌿✨. But now, the Earth is getting sick 🤒💔. It’s time to take care of it. The first step we can take is to ‘clean up’ ♻️.
Cleaning is something that everyone—men, women, and people of all ages—can do 🌟. Don’t you think so too? Then why don’t we ‘clean up’ together? 🧹💪”
It was so nice meeting you Choi! Let’s keep cleaning the Earth, let’s #cleansomethingfornothing
