Team-Building cleanup events for companies
Give your team a break and a reason to connect. We organize fully managed cleanup events close to your office, which bring your team together while contributing to cleaner communities.
- We handle everything. Logistics, materials (vests, gloves, bags, pickers), CSFN banners, local beverages, and general liability insurance – you just have to show up.
- Two hours, real results. Includes safety briefing, 1,5 hours of guided cleanup, trash weigh-in, team photo, and a group debrief over drinks reflecting the impact.
- Tracked and verified. Every kilogram collected is carefully weighed with photos, GPS, and environmental data. We get you one tree planted for every kg your team collects. You receive a dynamic impact report.

1 Kg & 1 tree - a simple corporate sustainability initiative
No event needed. No logistics. Pick N’ Plant is the easiest way for your company to contribute to corporate sustainability and create measurable environmental impact. For every €3 invested, we plant one tree and remove one kilogram of litter through our global community and app.
- Flexible packages. From 100 trees (€300) to 2000 trees (€6000) -you decide. Each tree planted matches one kilogram of litter removed.
- We do the work. Our global community of volunteers picks up the litter. Our certified agroforestry partner plants native trees in developing regions.
- Get your branded impact page. GPS-tracked cleanups, photos, CO₂ data, forest map, volunteer stats…everything that you need for your non-financial reporting (CSRD, ESRS E4 & E5)!
