This time, we travel to Israel to meet Daniel (@environmentalfitness). He’s a well-known legend within the cleanup ♻️ community, recognized for his astonishing cleanups while incorporating exercise 🏃♂️ to remove trash of any kind. Daniel proves that it’s possible to protect nature 🌍 and fight pollution while staying fit and having fun!

“Environmental fitness is all about translating anger and frustration into raw power 💪. My philosophy is rooted in communication with nature, which happens when someone restores a polluted area to its original natural beauty.
When we do cleanups, it’s also important to:
🌿 Hear the birds 🐦
🌿 Feel the sand 🏖️ between our toes
🌿 Smell the flowers 🌸
🌿 Eat fruit 🍎
🌿 Listen to the river 🌊 or ocean 🌊.
Nature has the power to bring the mind and body into perfect harmony and balance with the universe.”
💪 Daniel’s Contributions:

✅️ Cleaned sand dunes using a sled like Santa Claus 🛷 (weight sled pull).
✅️ Put out bonfires left by irresponsible campers 🔥.

✅️ Acted as a bridge between institutions responsible for the park’s maintenance 🌿, holding them accountable and ensuring they do their job.
