We’re César and Lester, the minds and hearts behind Clean Something For Nothing (CSFN). Our story started back in 2018 inspired by a solo roadtrip across Europe, realized just how much litter was impacting the places where we where camping. Trash was everywhere, in every country. We decided to do something about it. Armed with a hashtag (#cleansomethingfornothing) and a mission, César saw the need for an app to turn simple, everyday cleanups into a global movement. In 2019, Lester jumped on board, bringing his tech expertise to make that vision real. Together, we built CSFN, transforming a simple idea into an app that’s empowering people worldwide.
Since then, we’ve been connecting with amazing people across the globe; passionate litter pickers and community leaders, listening to their needs and growing CSFN to make cleanups easy, rewarding, and fun. Our mission is simple: to empower everyone, one bag of trash at a time, to restore and protect our planet with the app.
The journey has just begun, and we can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together.

Our Team
Lester may be a wizard with code, but he’s also a pro at navigating mountain trails. When he’s not in tech projects, he’s hiking the nearest peaks, enjoying nature and plotting his next app improvement. He brings wisdom and good vibes to the project.
When César isn’t busy bringing fresh ideas to life as an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, you can find him on the road with his campervan, ready for an outdoor adventure. With a mix of business savvy and a love for nature, he balances strategy with a dedication to creating a litter-free world
