WISE.AI starts in Luxembourg
On 5 and 6 February 2026, CSFN hosted the first meeting of Project WISE.AI: Waste management and Inclusion for a Sustainable Environment, powered by AI at the Social Business Incubator in Luxembourg.
This meeting marked the official launch of our Erasmus+ KA210-ADU partnership, bringing together CSFN from Luxembourg, Incitare from France, and DIA&ECE from Turkey.
For us, it was a pleasure to welcome Béatrice from France and Engin from Turkey to Luxembourg. These two days were pleasant, useful and enriching. They helped us move from the project idea to a clear shared direction.
Project No: 2025-2-LU01-ADU-000373309

Two days of useful work
The meeting began with a welcome session and a guided visit of the Social Business Incubator, where CSFN is based. Each partner then presented their organisation, experience and local context. CSFN shared its work with community cleanups, the CSFN platform, the app and local campaigns such as Grouss Botz.
Incitare presented its work with vulnerable adults in rural Corsica, while DIA&ECE shared its experience in adult education, zero-waste activities, digital inclusion and Erasmus+ projects in Turkey.
This first exchange confirmed the strength of the partnership. Each organisation brings something different, but all partners share the same goal: making environmental education more practical, inclusive and accessible.
Shaping the project together
During the first day, partners reviewed the project activities, timeline, responsibilities and administrative steps.
We also discussed quality assurance, risk management, EU values, green practices and dissemination. These are important parts of any Erasmus+ project, but we kept the discussion practical and focused on what we really need to deliver good work together.
The partners also started planning the visual identity of WISE.AI, including the project logo, templates and communication tools.

Starting the facilitators’ handbook
The second day focused on one of the key project outputs: the WISE.AI facilitators’ handbook.
This handbook will support educators and facilitators working with adults. It will help them introduce topics such as waste management, recycling, circular economy, digital literacy and community cleanups.
The partners agreed that the handbook should be visual, clear and easy to use. It should not be a complicated manual. It should be a practical tool that helps people learn and take action.
We also discussed how the CSFN platform and chatbot can support learning. For WISE.AI, AI is not the main goal. It is a tool that can help make environmental education more accessible when used in the right way.
Next steps
The next months will focus on preparing the first content for the facilitators’ handbook.
CSFN and Incitare will contribute their parts by the end of April 2026. DIA&ECE will then prepare the first draft, which will be tested during the next project meeting in Turkey.
The partners will also continue working together through regular online meetings.

A strong start for WISE.AI
This first meeting gave WISE.AI a strong and human start.
Meeting Béatrice and Engin in person helped us understand each other better, clarify the work ahead and build trust from the beginning.
At CSFN, we believe that cleanups are not only about removing waste. They are also moments of learning, connection and community action.
With WISE.AI, we are taking this idea further together with our partners in France and Turkey.
