Silicon Luxembourg 🚀
This business online magazine challenged the whole startup community to collect as much trash as possible over 30 days. We started with a local cleanup in Kirchberg and this initiative spread through the CSFN app raising awareness about littering and demonstrating the collective power of individual actions. The result: 301 kg of trash collected!
Temenos Luxembourg 🔵
This amazing SaaS banking solution teamed up with us to celebrate the World Cleanup Day, where their dedicated employees collected 8.5 kg of litter and around 400 cigarette butts from public spaces near their offices, which were properly recycled afterwards. This effort not only addressed ESG challenges but also highlighted the power of both individual and collective action. At CSFN, we’re genuinely inspired by the commitment and teamwork displayed throughout the cleanup. Together, we’re moving forward towards a litter-free world.
ERGO Life 🔴
The dedicated team at ERGO LIFE stepped up to make a real impact, collecting 41.5 kg of litter (712 liters in volume) during their corporate cleanup with us. With 11 participants, each person gathered an average of 3.77 kg of waste (more than double the yearly litter output of a single Luxembourg resident!) Beyond that, the team picked up 700 cigarette butts, preventing the potential contamination of 350000 liters of water.
And the impact doesn’t stop there! Through our Pick N Plant program, we planted one tree per every kg collected during the activity; that is 41 trees in agroforestry. More than ESG, this is real action. We’re inspired by ERGO LIFE’s commitment to a cleaner world. Let’s keep driving change, one cleanup at a time!
Proyecto LIBERA 🌱
teamed up with us to tackle the issue of “basuraleza” in Spain. The goal was to collect 500 kg of litter between January 1st and March 17th, 2024. The top three collectors would win free educational workshops on littering and unique experiences with LIBERA’s partners. Participants downloaded the CSFN app, joining an amazing community dedicated to making the world a cleaner place.
The response was incredible, with hundreds of participants collecting a staggering 8,451.5 kg of litter across Spain! At CSFN, we’re deeply inspired by the enthusiasm and commitment shown by everyone involved. Accenture Luxembourg 🟣
The Accenture team rolled up their sleeves and made a real impact, removing 42.5 kg of litter (650 liters in volume) from public spaces. Of that, 8.5 kg was recyclable, while the rest was general waste. They also cleared 750 cigarette butts, stopping 375,000 liters of water from potential contamination.
Beyond just picking up trash, this effort had lasting impact. 42 trees were planted in agroforestry; one per kg collected thanks to our Pick N Plant program. And those cigarette butts? They’ll be transformed into urban furniture thanks to our partner Shime. Big shoutout to Accenture for taking action beyond CSR commitments. Every cleanup counts!
