Today we head to the Caucasus region, right to the capital of Armenia 🇦🇲. Here, we meet David 🏃♂️, the one-man orchestra behind @ploggingarmenia, a highly active environmental organization ♻️ in the country. They organize events during slow runs or walks, combining sport with keeping our environment clean 🌿✨.

“We combine the pleasant with the useful 🌟. The goal of our environmental NGO @ploggingarmenia is to spread the culture of plogging across all regions of Armenia and to clean our surroundings 🌍 from garbage through a healthy lifestyle 🏃♀️✌️.
We’ve conducted various plogging events in Yerevan, most of them with special themes, like the ‘Yellow Plogging’ 🍂 for autumn or the ‘Plogging Marathon’ with games and competitions 🏅🎉. We’ve also hosted events in other regions, such as Ararat and Shirak, involving more than 1000 participants 👨👩👧👦 taking action for a cleaner world 🌿✨.”
