“𝗪𝗮𝘆𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 is an account I started in 2017. It was intended to help me recapture the important things in my life. I have asked myself the question ‘Am I happier than I was yesterday?’ and I realised that I was slowly becoming a little bit less happy each day. So I looked back on my life and reconnected with moments when I had felt connected with myself. So I focus on 🏃‍♂️ I went vegan🫑and I tried to rediscover the ethical person I was at age 20”

“Plogging was already part of my life (I officially started in 2011), but slowly it had a bigger focus on my posts📸when i realised that i could make a bigger impact in my plogging if others saw what i do daily.
That is a really important part of my account; to show you what i am doing today⏳️, not what i did last month. It is about my daily impact♻️”

“I try to get creative in my posts and bring some humour and focus on positive actions. I don’t want to blame governments, brands or consumers – i want to inspire them to change🌲. I have this dream of being sponsored by brands like Red Bull, Heineken etc.. and to be able to reach their consumers to inspire behavioural change 🙌
I suck at most things in life really badly and like many other accounts, my instagram page is the best version of me – but it is defintely a real version of me too.
For the rest? I work in IT (technical product owner/analyst)👨‍💻 – yep, i do this all in my spare time!!!! – I live in Haarlem with my wife and we have 2 amazing kids”
