“Enmienda Limpia tu Mierda is a group of environmental volunteers who fight through peaceful action to protect nature 🌿 and combat the dumping of waste 🚽 into the environment. Regardless of age, race, religion, political beliefs, or gender, we’ve built a family of like-minded volunteers within LTM 👨👩👧👦✨.
Cleanups are important for two key reasons:
1️⃣ To draw the attention of administrations and the public, raising awareness 📢 about the problem of flushing waste down the toilet 🚽 and the severe environmental and health issues it causes 🌊❌.
2️⃣ To restore nature to its original state, correcting the mistakes we’ve made 🌿. This mission inspired our name and slogan: ‘Amend it, clean your 💩.’”
