“The idea of @no.trash.run is simple – do what you love, for me it’s running, and cleanup the nature.

Every time we have walks in the forest or parks we see enormous amount of litter. In order to reduce it, people need to change their behavior and start thinking about the whole world 🌎.

During each cleanup we receive positive results and get great emotions, it’s a kind of retreat for our minds. You clean nature and your brain from garbage and negative things.

Each time we gather not less than 120 litres of waste and do a great job 👍So, let’s make our surrounding environment cleaner and cleaner🙏”
